Mental Health Programs

We understand how hard it can be for both sudden cardiac arrest survivors and their loved ones to navigate this “new normal.” We suggest finding a trauma therapist that you trust who can help you work through what you’re going through.

We currently have one program available for both survivors and loved ones to help with their mental health, facilitated by Brianna Cheringal, LSW.

Healing Hearts is our free virtual monthly online support groups facilitated by a trauma therapist.

We offer two groups each month in a safe space created for sharing, listening, and supporting:
-adult survivors
-adult loved ones

If you are interested in free our peer support groups, please click on the signup button.

We will then email you a confidentiality agreement to sign which ensures that whatever is said in the groups stays in the groups.

Once you send back the signed confidentiality, we will add you to the calendar invites each month. We ask that you kindly RSVP so that we know how many people will be participating in the group.

We hope that Healing Hearts will help you navigate the “new normal” we find ourselves in as survivors and loved ones and that you’ll spread the word to others you think might benefit from the program.

Niko Moon’s incredible team asked our Founder & President, Jill, to share her story after she spoke with him about the impact his music has had on her, the Happy Cowboy Foundation, and The Aliver Foundation.

She told Niko about her cardiac arrest and how mentally grueling it is for survivors.

This is why his foundation is so important to us- it’s going to help so many people who cannot afford mental health support.

Niko actually donated his song Better Days and every time it streams, the Happy Cowboy Foundation benefits. So, check it out and play it often. Trust us, his music will have you dancing and singing along, even on those really hard days.
