Mental Health Programs

We understand how hard it can be for both sudden cardiac arrest survivors and their loved ones to navigate this new normal. We suggest finding a trauma therapist that you trust who can help you work through what you’re going through.

We currently have one program available for both survivors and loved ones to help with their mental health.

Healing Hearts is our free virtual monthly online support groups facilitated by a trauma therapist. We offer four groups each month- adult survivors, young adult (16-21) survivors, adult loved ones, and young adult (16-21) loved ones in a safe space created for sharing, listening, and supporting.

Niko Moon’s incredible team asked our Founder & President, Jill, to share her story after she spoke with him about the impact his music has had on her, the Happy Cowboy Foundation, and The Aliver Foundation.

She told Niko about her cardiac arrest and how mentally grueling it is for survivors.

This is why his foundation is so important to us- it’s going to help so many people who cannot afford mental health support.

Niko actually donated his song Better Days and every time it streams, the Happy Cowboy Foundation benefits. So, check it out and play it often. Trust us, his music will have you dancing and singing along, even on those really hard days.
